HOW DO I APPLY TO DO A DINOSCULPTURE?

Submit your work to be included in the on-line portfolio of artists on this site.  Sponsors will view portfolios to select the artist that they work with on their dinosculpture.

We will link to your studio website.

HOW DO I WORK WITH A SPONSOR?

Artists will be contacted when they are selected to work with a sponsor. 

A theme will be identified and mutually agree on between artist and sponsor.

Two fully developed proposals will be presented after initial communications with sponsor for final design selection of their sculpture.

WHAT MATERIALS WILL BE USED ON THE SCULPTURES?

Materials to be used in the artwork, and all considerations for permanence of artwork in outdoor weather conditions must be carefully researched, presented and agreed upon with program coordinator.

WHERE WILL THE DINOSCULPTURES BE WORKED ON?

We are seeking locations for work studio space with public access    You may be invited to work where the community can watch the progress of your sculpture.

HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT MY CAREER?

Your photos and images may be used to promote h’ART of BC.  You will meet the public and participate in GWSA First Friday Art walk and associated  events.

Artists will be compensated with $500 stipend upon signed agreement with a sponsor. The stipend will be payable in 2 draws, $250 @ signing with the sponsor, and $250 at completion.
